Delivery Locations & Costs

We’re pleased to offer free delivery on all orders within the United States. We currently do not offer delivery internationally.

Processing Time (1–4 Business Days)

Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it as quickly as possible. During processing, we:

  • Confirm your order details

  • Perform quality inspections

  • Carefully pack your items for safe transit

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time (2–4 Weeks)

After dispatch, your order travels through our international delivery network before reaching your local delivery partner for final delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframe: 2–4 weeks (processing + delivery). Delivery times may vary depending on location, seasonal volume, customs processing, or unexpected carrier delays.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on the way. This email includes your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after dispatch to appear.

Delivery Notes & Expectations

  • Orders may arrive in separate deliveries if they contain multiple items.

  • Delivery times can vary due to location, seasonal volume, customs, or carrier delays.

  • International deliveries may occasionally experience customs-related delays.

  • If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please check with household members or neighbors first. If it’s still missing, contact us immediately for assistance.
